Casual Thanksgiving Outfit Ideas
Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Every year it comes faster and I always feel less prepared. I am thankful for a week with the kiddos, a break from the daily grind of school and sports, and of course all of the food! Brydon is most excited about our family football game. It’s tradition and even though my dad and uncle gripe about it they are the ones out there about to break a leg because they’re so into it. We will start the day with our towns Turkey Trot. My dad and uncle don’t know it yet, but I have signed them up this year!
I typically dress pretty casual, but I do dress it up just a bit because, well, it’s Thanksgiving, and I need to give my normal mom athleisure a break. We always take a family photo in the kitchen (again, tradition) and it is so fun to go back and look at them year after year. I wanted to share with you guys a few casual Thanksgiving outfit ideas in case you needed a little inspiration to change up your festive attire for the holiday season!
Again, I am loving the faux leather joggers. I think they are such a fun pant to dress up or down. You can pair them with some heels and you have just taken your outfit to another level of chic.
Please note, I do feel these pants and sweater do run a bit oversized.
I found a ton of pretty embellished sweater and almost all of them are under $35.
Graphic Tee and Skirt
You know I love a good MAXI SKIRT. So many ways to wear one. This time of year you can wear them with an oversized sweater and knee high boots. Perfect for the Fall Season!
Floral Dress with Casual Shoes
This has to be hands down my favorite right now. I have been wearing a dress with my tennis shoes almost any time I have to get dressed right now. I love the look of a little bit of dressy mixed with casual. And, I am comfortable in what I am wearing and what I am walking in! Its a win-win.
Long-sleeve Tops with High-waisted Denim
This TOP from last year is still in stock! I always felt like it just screamed Fall and is a perfect top for any weather because it is a perfect weight to layer or wear in our Florida Fall weather. And pair with some HIGH WAISTED DENIM.
I am loving all of the textures this year! So another one at the top of my list is velvet. So many pretty velvet tops. I love this BLAZER styled with a simple white tee and denim. And this STUDDED BODYSUIT is so cute with the leather pants or black denim.
