When I found out we would be leaving the day after Christmas on over an all day 8 trip across the country, I knew my outfit would without a doubt have to be comfortable. I would NOT want to squeeze into jeans. And even my leggings as much as I love them, can sometimes be restricting. My outfit would have to feel like I was wearing pajamas, but not look like I was wearing pajamas. (Pet peeve of mine when I fly!) I did not want to look like I just rolled out of bed even if I was just rolling out of bed. I am pretty sure you get the picture.
Sweatpants are obviously loungewear and there are many times we just want to be comfortable but still feel cute. Thankfully there are many options when it comes to styling sweatpants that you can have your cake and eat it too! Comfort and style!

Cute Outfits With Sweatpants
With a Denim Jacket

These sweatpants are $8. Yes, you read that right, $8! They are so comfortable and wash well. I have worn them as styled above, with a jean jacket and also with the matching sweatshirt which is also $8. It is amazing how just tying a jean jacket around your waste can elevate a casual outfit that could easily by pajamas.
With a Sweater

This would be my go-to mom look throughout the week. I have this tee in a couple of colors and it is so soft. And how many adidas caps is too many? This cap has been my saving grace on days I don’t want to brush my hair.
One of the best crossbody bags I own is the MZ Wallace Sutton bag. I have the black, but would love the black lacquer. It has been on of my favorite bags transitioning out of a diaper bag from when the kids were little.
With a Blazer

This has to be hands down one of my favorite looks! I think the blazer gives the joggers a professional look and you won’t have to sacrifice comfort. I am loving these high tops and think they would be cute with these sweatpants as well.
How cute are these headbands? They are a recent amazon find and can’t wait for them to come in!

Another cute look to run all my busy errands. I bought two pairs of these joggers to pack for our trip to Lake Tahoe and I loved them so much I bought the cream as soon as I returned. They come in several colors and are so soft.
With a Poncho

I am obsessed with this poncho. It is only $15 and would be so good with jeans as well. You can also pair it with cutoffs during the summer. So it can be versatile and used throughout the seasons.
