Staying active and finding workouts that motivate you and keep you wanting to go back are so important. Especially if you are a busy mom and it’s hard to find time to fit a workout routine into your day. I know I found myself about a year ago sitting on my phone delaying walking into the gym. Even as much as I love to workout, I was dreading going inside. Then my husband introduced me to a local fitness community called RedZone. It is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT). As much as I gave him kick back on not wanting to go and telling him I’ve got this, I don’t need a group training, I am so happy I listened to him and tried it. From the first day I went, I was hooked! And I have seen more results in not only losing inches but strength and endurance. Which is important when you are trying to keep up with little ones!
I write all of this to say, I think it is highly important to not only stay active but find a group that supports you and encourages you no matter what work out you are doing. If you find a group that you love, you will never want to sit in your car dreading to go in!

30 BURPEES
20 SQUATS
10 CRUNCHES
30 JUMPING JACKS
20 HIGH KNEES

60 – SECOND PLANK
