Seriously, how lucky can one mama get…my girl Audrey LOVES to be in the kitchen with me! Whether we’re whipping up pancakes and waffles for breakfast, baking sweet treats, or cooking dinner she’s right by my side ready to get her mini chef on! She’s actually pretty good in the kitchen…and always good for a laugh (note her singing in to the tongs above)! As I’m sure we all are, we are consistently trying to teach the kiddos to make good, whole, healthy choices when it comes to foods. Buuuuut…that doesn’t stop this ice-cream loving family from making a weekly trip to our favorite sweet treat spots around town. But during the week, it’s all about making a lifestyle out of eating the right foods to fuel our bodies.
