It’s hard to believe Mother’s Day is just a couple of days away. This time of year we are so busy with all that “end of the school year stuff”, it gets pretty crazy in the Cox household! Honestly, I think we all feel done-zo with the whole school thing at this point. You know, the whole making lunches and spelling lists and math homework…we’re toast! We’re ready for carefree days of no schedule and spending all day every day TOGETHER for some Summer fun! How bout ya’ll, are you ready for Summer in your household, too?!

Mother’s Day can have different meanings to everyone, but it holds a special place in my heart because I discovered on Mother’s Day that I was going to be a MOM for the second time! I remember being super emotional (you know, like crying for daaaaays) because it was the first time I wasn’t going to be with MY mom. So it’s amazing looking back on God’s timing of reminding me I AM A MOM TOO!

We are headed to Disney this weekend to celebrate! That’s all I asked for…okay and maybe these ADILETTE SLIDES.

TIME is the one thing that doesn’t cost a penny. I know you must get tired of me saying this, but this time is so fleeting and it will be gone before I know it. I honestly try and savor every moment. We get so busy, it is easy to let the time pass and not make space for quality time together. But honestly, that’s what this life is all about.
