I’m sure I don’t need to tell ya’ll, but one of the hardest things as a Momma is finding time to workout. Not only is it difficult to find the time & energy, but just the act of completing a workout when you have little ones demanding your attention is like a feat in itself! For me, working out has never been about “getting skinny”. It’s more about staying active, being healthy, and getting stronger…so I can keep up with my growing kiddos who seem to have an endless supply of energy! Cause lets face it, I am not getting any younger and it takes some serious energy running after B and A.
If I cannot make it to the gym, I try to find the time to run or do a quick 20-30 minute at-home workout. Remember, 20-30 minutes is honestly all the time you need! (And I mean who the heck even has a whole hour to spare?!) My go-to equipment for a home workout is a WEIGHTED JUMP ROPE and DUMBELLS. I search on PINTEREST for AT-HOME WORKOUTS and can easily find a workout that I can knock out!
