My FAVE Workout Buddy BRYDON
MM readers, I want to introduce you to one of the loves of my life, my baby boy Brydon. I know, I know… I’m always gushing about how lucky I am to be his Momma, BUT…like honestly I’m just really LUCKY, ya’ll!
It took Kris and I almost 2 years to get pregnant (which is a whole ‘nother story for another day). When we found out we were having a boy, Kris was so excited he walked (aka skipped) out of the doctors office and completely forgot about me! Fast forward almost 10 years and we have this incredibly kind, loving, thoughtful, and full of energy Brydon.
He is independent, he works HARD (like his dad), and he never says anything negative about anyone…except his sister, haha! His favorite subjects are math and science. Poor thing is a lot like me, he is very BLACK AND WHITE. He’s a planner and drives me crazy having to know what we are doing every minute of the day. But he loves me fiercely. He happened to walk by while I was typing out this post and he asked if it was about him, so I told him to write down 3 things about himself.
This is what I got:
I like to play lacrosse.
I like to play outside.
And I love my mom more than anything in the world.
Gah!! How did I get so lucky??!!?? Brydon is also my workout buddy. He never complains and always is ready to bike, run, workout in the garage or at the gym with me. And he loves to compete. He has a daily challenge with Kris in push-ups and sit-ups.

10 (Each side) Split Lunge Jumps
10 (Each side) Squat leg raises
10 Frog Squats
10 Jump Squats
