NIKE HALF-ZIP THERMAL TOP | ADIDAS MIX FAB LEGGINGS
When traveling, there are so many ways to stay active and not break out of your fitness routine. Thankfully Kris and I both love being active when we are in a new city. Whether it is exploring and walking the town or finding activities that keep us moving. When Kris and I get away, I am constantly dragging him out to go for a hike or jog on the beach. I say dragging him, but he loves it as much as I do. Well, maybe not the jogging.
One thing that helps me stay motivated is cute activewear that doesn’t break the bank! BEALLS OUTLET carries some of my favorite activewear brands such as Adidas, Nike, and Reebok at up to 70% off retail! That is a HUGE savings! They have cute pullovers to keep you warm. So many leggings in every size and color. And one of my favorites is the NIKE CROP TOP to throw on after workout and you’re all set to you run your errands.

Fitness Travel Tips and Tricks:
Bring your own Gear:
It is easy to sneak resistance bands, jump rope, or travel yoga mat into your suitcase. BEALLS OUTLET has all of these essentials. Each item is easy to pack, they don’t take up much space in your suitcase, and they are great to add another level to your workout on-the-go.
Stay hydrated
This is pretty self explanatory! Make sure you drink lots of water! I always make sure as soon as I hit the airport I have a huge bottle of water and drink it all! I think we all get busy and excited about our travels and forget to drink water. And flying and traveling in general can dehydrate you.
Walk, walk, walk
Any chance you get, WALK! Walk to where you’re going to grab a bite to eat. Try and walk to all of your events or destinations. Make sure you always pack your tennies or comfortable shoes so you have #NOEXCUSES.
Bring Healthy Snacks
Eating is one of my favorites! When we are traveling I am not super strict about what I eat. I LOVE trying new cuisine everywhere we go. Sometimes those foods are loaded with fats and carbs. So I try to pack healthy snacks to counteract all of my indulging. Because you know there is always ice-cream or a donut calling my name. Some of my favorite snacks to pack are Raw Almonds and Protein Bars.
It is easy to do a quick workout in your hotel room or hotel gym. You don’t even need weights. Here is a quick workout you can try. You don’t even have to be traveling to knock this one out!
