I had been trying to think of a witty way to introduce you to this amazing product, NuBody from the makers of NuFace. Let’s be honest ladies, I have always wanted to firm up all those little areas where my body has been stretched and pulled from having two babies. God created our bodies and they can do unimaginable things. I know every time I think about carrying Brydon or Audrey, I stand in awe of what my body can do. But, as I have aged, things are not what they once were. And while I am not expecting to have my 16-year-old body back (that I totally didn’t appreciate at the time), I will be the first to admit, I would love to be able to tighten and smooth all those little areas that have crept up over the last couple of years.

According to NuBODY‘s site, the NuBODY skin toning device is specially engineered with four treatment spheres that synergistically work together to deliver a powerful, yet gentle flow of targeted microcurrent to the larger, denser areas of the body, smoothing away the look of dimpled, uneven skin.
It uses 4 large spheres that glide over your body (or areas of concern) as it admits electric waves throughout to give the appearance of tighter and firmer skin. It essentially shocks and penetrates the areas and muscles in which we cannot reach making them stronger, which means lifted skin. Say what??? AND we get to use this technology in the comfort of our home. I think that is what we all call #winning.
So where can you use this bad boy, you ask?
You can use it to firm up your upper arms, abs, buttocks, front and back thighs, inner and outer thighs. You know all those pesky areas that give us ladies the most angst as we age. Also, you treat the area you want to see improvement for 5 min/5 times a week. I have started out using it on my belly and thighs. So it only adds about 10 minutes to my nightly routine. I will be adding other areas very soon! aIt feels a little prickly, but not unbearable. And trust me you will get over that once you start seeing the results!
We are all so hard on ourselves. We all see the airbrushed pictures in all of the magazines. The flawless, tight skin, that we all daydream about and wonder how we can achieve this unattainable “perfection.” And while I do not expect to achieve perfection my skin is starting to look closer to what it once was after using NuBODY.
