We are back in the swing of things after an amazing Spring Break. Let’s just say the transition back into our normal routine has been nothing short of rough for me. Our trip to Costa Rica was the perfect amount of relaxation and rest mixed with a little bit of adventure. It went by way too fast and I didn’t want it to end. It was my fifth time visiting and Audrey’s first. I cannot wait to share with you our adventures in Costa Rica. All you really need is a bathing suit, flip flops, and some sunscreen in Costa Rica, but do you really think that is ALL I packed??? I think not! Ok, so here are the full details on what I brought along with us. And yes, when I say I, I mean I, because I am the one that packs our WHOLE family.
I am kinda obsessed with the boys matching and Brydon LOVES coordinating with Kris.
It is the cutest thing. He will even pick our Kris’s clothes for church for them to match. So the TOM & TEDDY SWIM TRUNKS are a no brainer for me. They are the BEST quality and they have so many cute options for the boys to match. The hardest decision is always which ones to get! They just might be getting these PARROT ones for Father’s Day.
I don’t know why I bother buying Audrey any other clothes. She lives in these $5 HM DRESSES. They come in a million different patterns, all equally as cute. And they work as her swim cover up as well. We brought 3 of them and I honestly think that is all I could have packed her, along with her swimsuit, and she would have been just fine.
I, of course can go no where with out at least 4 FP LONG BEACH TANKS. If you haven’t jumped on that train, well, you’re missing out. My favorite item I packed was these FP WALK ON FIRE PANTS. I bought 2 colors and now want all 8. I don’t care if Kris called me MC Hammer the whole time. They are now my favorite item to wear over my swimsuit. I wore them to the beach, I wore them to dinner, and on the plane. #OBSESSED

I also bought this little AMAZON FIND.
I thought it screamed Costa Rica. It was perfect for the hot summer night dinners (because dining is all open air) and it would be great as a swim coverup as well. I am all about my items pulling double duty and you will LOVE the price too.
If you follow along on INSTAGRAM, you saw the bikini that I adore. I am now on the hunt for every suit from FLAGPOLE. When I say bathing suit shopping is hard, that is understatement. There is not one aspect I love. And lately every stinking suit either looks like my Grandma would have worn it or something only a Sports Illustrated model can wear. When I am at the beach I don’t want my boobs and bum hanging out. It’s not comfortable, no one else wants to see it, and well I am over 40 and a mom of 2. Enough said. I digress, so I found 2 suits from the brand FLAGPOLE and they are nothing short of amazing. They are pricey, but I found mine on 6PM.

And I saved the best for last. This OCEAN + MAIN CAFTAN is what dreams are made of. This is my second OCEAN + MAIN CAFTAN and I love this one equally as much as my first ONE. They are heavenly and an amazing company that gives back.
