If you have been following along for some time now, you know how I love to keep active and get the kiddos outside staying active as well. We are smack dab in the middle of lacrosse and honestly, we are in the busiest season of our lives. On A’s days of practice B has been wanting to run. Also, on B’s days of practice, a friend and I run. Which I love! I have been wanting a running partner forever, and I am more than happy to have B as one of them. B struggles with stamina, so we are working on building his up. Furthermore, we are setting goals each week and it is so fun watching him try to beat his time or go longer each run. Gotta stay motivated!
I am into week 2 of FASTer Way of Fat Loss.
And one amazing aspect of the program is they map out your macros for the week AND give you workouts accordingly! Also, I am only on the second week and super happy with the results. Long story short, I have had so many gut issues, pain, and literally hit a wall at 11 am with zero energy. So I feel like I am finally on the right path!

15- Tricep Extension with Calf Raise

15 – Bent Over Rows
30 – Leg Lifts
