How to Slow Cook Hawaiian BBQ Chicken
WOLF GOURMET MULTI-FUNCTION COOKER
I don’t know if Kris and the kiddos would agree, but I am for certain one positive that came out of quarantine, was I am a better cook. Or maybe my new WOLF GOURMET MULTI-FUNCTION COOKER makes me look like I belong on Master Chef. You can sear meat, slow-cook stews, simmer rice perfectly, and more for easy weeknight meals with the WOLF GOURMET MULTI-FUNCTION COOKER. It is equipped with six cooking modes that allow you to cook two dishes at different temperatures at the same time. I love the professional performance and iconic style of Wolf appliances. It is the perfect addition to our kitchen.
Between mom duties, home-schooling, and keeping up with the kids, you learn really quick how to make a low-key dinner that doesn’t take hours to cook and clean up. So here is one of my go-to flavorful meals that the family loves.
WOLF GOURMET MULTI-FUNCTION COOKER
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 bottle of Hawaiian BBQ Sauce (my favorite brand is Sweet Baby Rays)
Combine all ingredients into your WOLF GOURMET MULTI-FUNCTION COOKER.
Cook on slow cook mode for 5-6 hours. About 4 hours in, pull apart your chicken. It should just fall apart. Stir ingredients and let cook the rest of the time.
I have served this on buns or over a bed of rice. Either way, the family loves it!
