LIFE UPDATE: We are in full on SCHOOL MODE around here. It’s always crazy to me how quickly the kiddos get right back into their routine. Although this year our morning routine seems a bit more hectic than normal, so we are trying to fix that ASAP! Both Brydon and Audrey LOVE school. I don’t know if they love learning, seeing their friends, or both. Either way I will take it, and I’m praying they never lose their love for it. Homework, ballet, and golf are the activities that fill our afternoons.

We leave for Chicago this weekend to celebrate Brydon turning DOUBLE DIGITS! Hard to believe 10 years has past since we brought this God given gift into the world. It is hard to put into words the love and pride we have for this kid!  He is driven, caring, thoughtful, not afraid to talk to ANYONE, and has a HUGE heart for God. I wish I had a tenth of his confidence and a fraction of his hard working nature. He is constantly reminding me what we need to accomplish. If you have ever met him, you know God has BIG PLANS for him. We are the lucky ones and get a front row seat to watch him grow!  I swear every day I look at both of the kids and think, “Good grief when did they get so BIG!?!” No joke people, you blink, and they are not so little anymore! *Bursts into tears*

School Footwear

On a fashion note, how cute are our shoes?? They’re are super comfy too! PEOPLE FOOTWEAR has styles for the WHOLE family! I learned about them a couple years ago and love their shoes for our on-the-go lifestyle, especially the kiddos. They are perfect for the playground, the beach, and all of our trips to Disney! Brydon literally wants EVERY KID STYLE for himself. I love the WALDO in Pink/Sand, as well as the LENNON SLIDE for the beach or pool.
